ASTRA
Independent Registered Nurse Prescriber
Astra is an Independent Registered Nurse Prescriber. She qualified as a Nurse 9 years ago. Her Nursing background includes Cardiothoracic Surgery, Plastics, Dermatology, and Tissue Viability. Astra has attended multiple training courses within aesthetics held by globally renowned Doctors within the field. Astra currently sits on the aesthetic global complications "Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC)" as a Specialist Tissue Viability Nurse, where she offers advice and support to other clinicians who are dealing with aesthetic complications. Astra also represents the South West of England as a panel Nurse for the International College of Aesthetic Nurses.
Astra also Co-owns a medical training academy where she teaches other medical professionals aesthetic medicine.
Astra specialises in all anti-ageing treatments with a special interest in full face rejuvenation

HOLLY
Independent Registered Nurse Prescriber
Holly is an Independent Registered Nurse Prescriber and has been working in aesthetics for 7 years. Holly has worked all over the UK in high profile clinics including the prestigious Harley Street. Holly is available for all medical aesthetic treatments, she is very knowledgeable and a perfectionist at what she does. Holly specialises particularly in lip augmentation creating beautiful, natural looking lip enhancements. Have a look at our gallery for some before and after photos.
HEATHER
Clinic Manager
Heather has an extensive background in managerial roles including HR management within the NHS. Heather has vast experience of working within aesthetics and has been working with Astra since the opening of A Little Enhancement. Heather also co-ordinates the training for the medical training company that Astra owns. Heather is an Obagi Medical ambassador and is trained in Obagi, Envy and Microneedling facials. Heather is the primary point of contact and will be the one answering your calls, responding to enquiries and managing schedules.
EMILY
Skin and Beauty Therapist
Emily is a Level 3 Skin and Beauty Therapist. Emily comes from a spa background with a keen interest in all things skin. Emily is an Obagi Medical Ambassador and offers skin consultations, microneedling and all facial treatments. Emily also specialises in a variety of massage and beauty treatments. She often runs offers on her beauty treatments so keep an eye on her instagram page
